Kayce Laine is a Certified Sound, Crystal and Reiki Practitioner based in Nashville, TN. As a life-long musician with a degree in Music from The University of Virginia, she earned her Certifications in Crystal and Usui Reiki Healing as well as a Diploma in Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls with the international Sound Healing Academy. She now serves as an Associate Teacher for the Sound Healing Academy, teaching workshops and training new sound healers across the world. Her clients have included TikTok, The Recording Academy's MusiCares, Prescription Songs and Anacrusis Music and she’s facilitated in music venues including The Ryman Auditorium. She shared a sound bath to the cast of season 16 of the Lifetime Channel show, Married at First Sight and her work and insights have been featured in publications including DailyOm, Byrdie, Thrive Global, YouAligned, Verywell Mind and many more.

Kayce will guide you through gentle movement and a brief, relaxing meditation followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, gong and theta chimes. The frequencies from this sound bath penetrate your body and energetic field to break up stagnant energy and harmonize with your body’s natural vibrations. The crystal singing bowls correlate with the body’s seven main chakras to realign the body and relax the mind. During this experience, there is nothing to do but breathe and enjoy a soothing journey through sound.
