Strained, complicated, guilty, compulsive, lousy, tiring, or confusing?

Did you know finding balance with movement may be more within reach than you thought? Therapist & yoga instructor, Ashton Maguire, will lead us through a yoga class & share insight on how to build a holistically healthy relationship to movement. Her friend and colleage, Ally LaForest, will provide a sound bath to help us fully sink into our bodies for ultimate connection.

Snacks and water will be provided! BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

Ashton Maguire’s Bio:

Ashton Maguire is a pre-licensed therapist and yoga instructor living in Nashville, TN. She graduated from Vanderbilt Univeristy with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and continued to pursue licensure to support the lives of others. Ashton also has a passion for embodied movement, which led her to pursue a 200-hour certification in yoga. Ashton loves to combine her passion for emodied and balanced movement with her therapeutic work for those in recovery from disordered eating/eating disorders and/or compulsive exercise. Outside of work, Ashton can be found on mindful walks, at the yoga studio, searching for the best sweet potato fries in town, and babying her two kittens.

Caroline is a registered dietitian, eating disorder specialist, and her clients' biggest cheerleader. She founded Meant To Eat Nutrition Counseling, the Here & Now Closet, and Meant To Meet!
