A sound bath with crystal singing bowls is a journey through frequencies that promote healing on a cellular level. While other complimentary instruments may be used, like an Ocean Drum or Chimes, the tones of the bowls soothe ailments of all sorts and bring the body closer to its inner harmony and alignment.  

Allison Forslund has an expansive background including careers as a professional commercial dancer in Los Angeles, hospitality executive, and currently a touring professional here in Nashville. Her passion stems from her personal experience that led her to the belief that we all have the power within to heal, and alchemize the stressors in our environment. Crystal Singing Bowls being one of the impactful tools to do so. She is an advocate for trauma informed care and holds space in her practice for any and all that are looking to incorporate sound healing on their journey.
